M-Path ride refreshing, congenial

Eight riders completed a 12-mile circuit on the M-Path tonight in Green Mobility Network's first organized ride. The hard rain at the scheduled start time kept a few people away, but we waited it out at Panera Bread and wound up having a very nice time. Two of our number had owned their bikes for less than a week, and one was a great-grandmother who has been riding for decades. Our turnaround point was Bird Road, shown here.
